Returns/Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase made from the Kerosene Films, LLC’s websites, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund, less shipping costs and a $5.00 restocking fee. DVD returns must be in their original, unopened, shrink-wrapped condition. You must include a copy of your packing slip and ship the product to the returns address located at the bottom of your packing slip. If you purchased from Amazon.com, or another third party, you must follow their return policy.
